Description: A new vision for marketing the advantages of membership arose at GCCC, including health insurance savings, state-of-the-market educational programs and more. Our team assisted in retooling all creative, strategic media usage, and recruiting of appropriate spokespeople for various programs. Membership spiked throughout campaign and analytics were used to evaluate each component.
Suzanne's Role: Collaborative partner with team on all creative, writing components, creative project management, assessing analytics and liaison with client team and co-op members who also contributed budget allowances.

Suzanne's Role: Content Calendar research & prep by themes and topics relevant (& entertaining) to our key audiences and stakeholders ; choosing a theme each week, titling it for Tim's review, then brainstorming or drafting first version w/ visual for engagement. ChatGPT AI used on rare occasions, whereby I fact-checked each line, verified all links as valid, and proofed for bona fide quality of content and brand representation. Jim Kleingers, Founder and CEO is a passionate advocate of the BSA. So in RUSH mode, we were able to track down the Regional CEO, I wrote a quick speech that he approved, and we presented the video to Jim, who was deeply touched and absolutely shocked.
