Bolz was 90 when he called, a lively Bethesda widower holding thousands of Memoir pages, meticulously archived yet incomplete. of Between the Opera and Ballroom classes, we worked to complete the Memoir, 2 volumes of re-keyed love letters he & his beloved wife exchanged between New Guinea and Michigan during WW2. His career as an Accountant provided world travel, wealth, and personal relationships w/Henry Ford II, Carroll Shelby, Lee Iacocca, and more. Mr. Bolz headed up Ford's IPO in the 1950s.

Suzanne's Role: Suzanne was assigned by VP Smith to take on CRM software research, Deck creation showing benefits / features / risk mitigation aspects / ease of use / etc. If approved for Marketing budget funding Suzanne would also be responsible for customization design / implementation / training / maintenance. Departments approved Goldmine implementation for use by 30 people in 4 departments to start.

We also produced simple worksheets and checklists for audience to download in real-time and bring to office for their first appointment.
