Audience Description:  CFOs, Finance Directors, Company Leadership and Non-Profit Leaders.

 

Project Scope:   Launch, organize and lead a full-service marketing department for this regional firm.  No formal marketing department existed prior to my arrival. Marketing efforts were inconsistent, incongruous and disorganized.

 

Role:  Full-time Marketing Director

 

Develop all marketing strategy, planning, budgets, oversee and support creation of all marketing deliverables.  Research, implement, standardize data and populate a 10,000+ contact CRM database for use in business development and marketing programs.  

Drive firm growth via consistent, strategic and effective marketing efforts.  Track efforts for ROI.

Support business development efforts via monthly tracking of opportunity Pipeline.

 

Deliverables:  Annual strategy, plan and budget documents, bi-monthly email preparation and distribution, consistent media relations efforts for story placement, website updates, social media update coordination for LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter, monthly article writing, editing and proofing, includes personnel profiles.  New employee orientation of marketing approach and their part in the program as brand ambassadors.  Client satisfaction survey production, distribution and evaluation, writing of radio spots, executive speeches, client success stories, and overall supervision of all vendors and deliverables included in annual strategy and plan.  Tracking of budget and adjusting as needed.
